Restore purchases

Open Life Matrix on a device signed in to the Apple or Google account that made the purchase, then use the restore option in the app. If the plan is still missing, email accounts@adamjamessoftware.com.

Manage or cancel a plan

Monthly and yearly plans start with 1 month free for eligible new subscribers and then renew automatically.

On iPhone, open Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. On Android, cancel in your Google Play account before the plan renews.

Delete data

In Life Matrix, open Settings and choose Delete My Data. This erases the profile, reflections and Scroll Guard data on this device and signs out of coaching.

It does not remove a backup file you exported, cancel a purchase or delete a coaching account. To delete a coaching account, email coaching@ptadamjames.com. For other data held off the device, email accounts@adamjamessoftware.com.
